Blake Shelton will be the first person to shake the hand of that Iraq War vet who just got an arm transplant. 

Brendan Morrocco lost all four limbs when a bomb hit his armored car, and he told the TristateHomePage website that the first person whose hand he wanted to shake - after his doctor's of course - is Blake's.

So Blake tweeted to the soldier:
