Curb Records’ ongoing legal battle with Tim McGraw has been extended to Federal Court in Nashville, as the label continues to dispute that Emotional Traffic fulfilled McGraw’s album option obligations.  Curb is also asserting copyright infringement on the part of Tim and Big Machine in the release of his Two Lanes Of Freedom album.

'Top Hooker' reality show ordered

The search for the best hooker in America is coming to cable TV.

A major channel has ordered Top Hooker, an unscripted competition series that puts a diverse group of 10 competitors through a series of “mind-blowing” challenges to determine who is the best in the business — and only one can come out on top to collect a $30,000 prize.

At this point, we should probably mention Top Hooker is on Animal Planet. And it’s about fishing.

In the spirit of popular fishing reality shows Rivers Monsters and Hillbilly Handfishin‘ comes Top Hooker, where the world’s best anglers (including contestant Larysa, above) are pitted against each other for out-of-the-box fishing challenges. The provocatively titled show, sure to catch the eye of channel surfers, will have anglers capturing fish using only their mouths, zipline fishing and catching fish that are nearly invisible to the naked eye.

Top Hooker will be hosted by blue-collar comedy veteran Reno Collier and premieres on Animal Planet on Sunday, June 2 at 10 p.m.

Kim Kardashian Refuses Baby Gifts, Asks for Donations to Chicago Children's Hospital Instead

Parents-to-be, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, are asking for donations to the Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago in lieu of baby gifts

A rep for the hospital said: "Funds donated on behalf of Kardashian and West will be directed to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Fund, which will help care for the most critically ill babies and their families."

Kardashian has yet to make an official announcement about the charitable act

Then you're in luck, because Carnival Films, the production company behind the popular period drama, is finally launching a clothing line inspired by the show, reports CNBC.

So, if you're a fan of Lady Mary's fashions, but are tired of sifting through vintage store racks to find the perfect drop waist dress or stylish sequined number to recreate her Edwardian era swag, you'll soon be able to hit a one-stop shop for Downton duds.

Given the show's success and spikes in the sales of period piece wardrobe items since its premiere, a line seems a no-brainer. So, why did it take three seasons for the collection to launch?

"It's a very slow burn the moment you get into retail, it's extremely cautious, it has to test the established brand…No one wants to launch products if the show's going to be a flop," Carnival Films' managing director Gareth Neame explained to CNBC.

In addition to the clothing line, the company is set to release homeware, wallpaper, beauty products and stationery inspired by the show later this year, so that both your wardrobe and home can be Crawley  chic.
