Little Big Town has achieved their second #1 song this week with the title track from their Tornado album. The band had a lot of fun recording the whistles on “Tornado” using the recording studio’s echo chamber. Kimberly jokes that she and Jimmy got in there and whistled a little...then giggled a lot! “Tornado” follows their first chart-topper, “Pontoon” which stayed at #1 for two weeks in a row.
Blake Shelton, Keith Urban and Trace Adkins are just a few country artists to hit the set of a reality TV show…but don’t expect to see Jerrod Niemann on the small screen anytime soon. Jerrod used to date ex-Bachelorette, Emily Maynard. While he says he's a consumer of some of the reality television shows out there...he just doesn't see himself doing a show like that - unless the show was about beer chugging!

Luke Bryan kicks off two-days of concerts in Panama City, Florida today. His annual Spinnaker Beach Club shows are a highlight for spring breakers down south and it reminds Luke of his favorite moments on the beach – and – his not so favorite moments on the beach! Luke remembers that one year he and his buddies jumped into the water the first night they were there. As a result...they all got sick and stayed in bed for several days of their vacation. Last year Luke’s shows brought around 45,000 fans to the beach.

Parade Magazine revealed its annual What People Earn jobs survey, which includes a list of 19 stars’ estimated salaries. Some notable paychecks come from country music’s own Blake Shelton. He earned $20 million which included $75,000 per episode of NBC’s The Voice. Taylor Swift was also on the list. She raked in $57 million in 2012.
