Danica Patrick wins pole for NASCAR's Daytona 500

Danica Patrick has won the Daytona 500 pole, becoming the first woman to secure the top spot for any Sprint Cup race.  It was the biggest achievement of her four-year NASCAR career.

Patrick went out eighth in the qualifying session Sunday and covered the 2½-mile superspeedway in 45.817 seconds, averaging 196.434 mph.

She waited about two hours as 37 fellow drivers tried to take her spot. Only four-time Cup champion Jeff Gordon even came close to knocking her off.  The rest of the field will be set in duel qualifying races Thursday.

In a new interview with Health magazine, Michaels did say who she thought had the hottest bodies in Hollywood, all female musicians: Jennifer Lopez , Rihanna, Beyonce and Pink.  And while these four ladies have personal trainers and intense schedules that help them keep in shape, it turns out that Michaels' top diet trick is actually free. Yes, free. "Stand whenever you can," she advised. "Standing burns 1.5 times more calories than sitting. Stand when you're back at the doctor's office, when you watch TV, even when you work at your computer --  Just stand."

KIM KARDASHIAN, KANYE WEST: $780K on Nannies?

Looks like Kim Kardashian won't have to worry about working too hard when her child is born.

An Internet report says she and Kanye West are budgeting $780,000 to spend on nannies next year. A source tells Showbiz Spy, "As with everything Kim- and Kanye-related, they're not holding back. Each nanny will receive a salary of around $260,000 per year. They will be given a car each and new phones so that they can stay in touch with Kim and Kanye around the clock."

The source adds that Kim and Kanye plan to build a three-bedroom wing in their home for the nannies, complete with a spa and kitchen area.
