HALLE BERRY PAYS FOR GABRIEL AUBRY'S MEDICAL AND LEGAL BILLS

 (Photo: Getty Images)

Details from Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry's agreement has been leaked. As previously reported, the two reached an "amicable settlement" in court after Gabriel and Olivier's Thanksgiving brawl. According to RadarOnline.com, a source said that Gabriel will not press charges against Olivier and has dropped his restraining order against him.

The source explained, "Gabe has agreed to drop legal proceedings for the temporary restraining order against Olivier to be made permanent. Gabe suffered horrific injuries from the fight, but as part of the settlement he reached with Halle on Thursday he agreed to drop the bid for the permanent restraining order. Gabe feels that there are enough layers of protection in the settlement agreement that will protect him and Nahla in the future."

Gabriel also doesn't have to worry about running into Olivier when he is dropping off Nahla, because Olivier won't be around.

Halle and Olivier will also take care of Gabriel's medical and legal bills. The source said, 'Without admitting ANY guilt, Olivier agreed to pay for Gabe's medical bills because he suffered the brunt of the injuries from the fight."

After Halle's protective order against Gabriel expired on Thursday (November 29th), Gabriel reunited with Nahla on Friday (November 30th).

Taylor Swift Wants Selena Gomez + Justin Bieber to Never, Ever Get Back Together

One person not happy about Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber getting back together? Her BFF, Taylor Swift.

A source told Life & Style , “She [Taylor] just feels Selena is getting weighed down by the Justin drama.” It turns out, Sel’s own mom agrees! ”Selena’s mom, Mandy, doesn’t want Selena held back by Justin,” the friend added. “She says he’s too much trouble.”

Gomez and Biebs were recently spotted on a romantic dinner date, but that’s not enough to appease Sel’s pals, because apparently Justin messed up big time. Rumors are growing louder that the cause of the split heard ’round the world was Bieber’s wandering eye — and that it wandered to his ‘As Long as You Love Me’ video co-star, Chanel Celaya.

Yikes! If all that’s true, we don’t blame Taylor for feeling the way she does. Still, Jelena are giving it another go, but reportedly on Selena’s terms .   Apparently Selena  gave Biebs a few ultimatums before their reunion: No models or girls in his hotel rooms (more than fair enough), and they have to see one another at least once every two weeks.

Here’s hoping the couple can work it out — though if not, Sel and T-Swizzle may write a pretty awesome song about it.

Two and a Half Men may be adding a super-famous woman to its cast.

Sources from the set of the top-rated CBS sitcom tell Celebuzz exclusively that Miley Cyrus is being eyed as a potential replacement for Angus T. Jones after the actor openly called the show “filth” on YouTube.

Cyrus earned rave reviews for her two-episode gig on the show, in which she played Missi, the daughter of a friend of Walden’s (Ashton Kutcher) who has a brief romance with Jake (Jones).

Those who worked with her on set, including Kutcher, were especially impressed by her work ethic, which will only work in Cyrus’ favor, according to the insider.

Man Stabbed Victim Who Ate Turkey Leftovers...

An Indiana man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his mother’s boyfriend after discovering the victim had eaten his Thanksgiving leftovers.

Taz Miller, 18, was charged yesterday with battery with a deadly weapon and strangulation. Pictured in the adjacent mug shot, Miller is being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.

According to a Winchester Police Department report, Miller became enraged late Sunday when he realized that his turkey was poached from the refrigerator by Christopher Teer, his mother’s 35-year-old live-in boyfriend. Miller had returned to his Winchester home with the leftovers after celebrating Thanksgiving at his grandmother’s house.

Miller, who describes himself as a “fighter and a rapper” on his Twitter page, retaliated for the pilferage by stabbing Teer in the arm and leg. Miller’s mother told cops that he had removed a “large, black handled knife” from a kitchen drawer.

Teer told police that Miller, knife in hand, said, “I’m going to fucking kill you!” He then allegedly stabbed Teer in the arm and thigh, and tried to strangle him. Teer was treated for his wounds at a local hospital.

When questioned by police, Miller acknowledged he “became angry when Mr. Teer ate his turkey” and that he grabbed a kitchen knife. Though he was wearing blood-stained clothing, the teen claimed that he “did not know if the knife caused any of the injuries” suffered by Teer.

Investigators recovered the bloody weapon from Teer’s bed. The knife’s eight-inch serrated blade was bent at a 45-degree angle, and “blood and tissue was observed on the pointed end.”

Sarah Henderson's Middle Finger Christmas Lights Ordered To Be Taken Down

Sarah Henderson was ordered by police to take down this display of Christmas lights.

Police have ordered a Lousiana woman to take down a Christmas lights display shaped like a hand giving the middle finger, but she says she might just replace it with a swastika.

Sarah says she was using the decorations as means of communicating with her neighbors, with whom she has an ongoing dispute.

Henderson agreed to take down the display after a visit from the cops, who had been summoned by her irate neighbors. Police told her she could face fines if she left the display up.

Though Henderson said she's considered putting up a swastika as a replacement, she noted that she's never installed an offensive display in the past.

Nevertheless, she told the paper, "I've always been a little different."

CONGRESS CONSIDERING DOING AWAY WITH THE ONE-DOLLAR BILL

Congressional auditors say that doing away with dollar bills entirely and replacing them with dollar coins would save taxpayers about 4.4-billion-dollars over the next 30-years. In the past five-years, the U.S. Mint has produced 2.4-billion one-dollar-coins. Most are stored in the federal reserve, and production on them was suspended about a year ago. A Government Accountability Office representative says though the one-dollar coin is unpopular, it could stay in circulation for 30-years, while paper bill have to be replaced every four-to-five years or so. The government is already considering changing the metals used in making our existing coins to save money. (Yahoo)
