Tim McGraw recently won the CMA Vocal Event of the Year Award with Kenny Chesney.  Now he and Kenny are nominated for Vocal Collaboration for the song “Feel Like a Rockstar” and Touring Artist of the Year during next month's American Country Awards.  He's also nominated by himself in the  Song of the Year category for “Better Than I Used to Be”.  While Tim has certainly won his share of awards over the years…his perspective on those coveted trophies has changed.  Tim says when you look back at al of the years…the awards mean a whole lot more.  He thinks they’re important for an artist’s career.  He also adds…”Who doesn’t love to win an award”?!?!?!  The American Country Awards air live on FOX December 10th.

Rascal Flatts loves…and fights…like family in their new documentary style DVD.  Jay DeMarcus says that’s what he loves about the new DVD.  You get to see it all.  The good, the bad…and the ugly.  He says it’s just like any family with people who love, work and live together.  Rascal Flatts:  All Access and Uncovered is in stores now.

Lady Antebellum member Hillary Scott is still considered a newlywed.  She and her new hubby Chris will celebrate their one year anniversary in January.  Even though the two are on the road together…they spend a lot less time together than you would think.  Chris is a member of Lady A’s band…so he rides the band bus.  Every so often he’ll jump on the bus shared by Charles, Dave and Hillary – but it’s rare.  Hillary says – so far – it’s worked out well for them!

Gabriel Aubry Criminal Charges 'Highly Unlikely'

(Photos: Getty)

Gabriel Aubry almost certainly will NOT face criminal prosecution for the violent Thanksgiving Day brawl at Halle Berry's home ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

As you know ... Olivier Martinez made a citizen's arrest against Gabriel and he was booked for battery.  We've learned the case will be sent to the L.A. City Attorney's Office Thursday, but cops will not make a recommendation as to whether Gabriel should be prosecuted.

Law enforcement sources connected to the case tell us ... the consensus is that the fight was "mutual combat."  As such, we're told it's "highly unlikely" charges will be filed.

Gabriel was not as lucky on the restraining order front.  As we first reported, he got shut down in court yesterday when he asked a judge to lift the order prohibiting him from going near Nahla.  The restraining order expires tomorrow, but Halle could go back to court and request a new one.

BUYING BOOZE ON FACEBOOK

In the real world, you don’t make friends by pressing a “like” button. You make friends by buying a round of drinks.

Well, Facebook is about to become more like the real world.

Users will soon be able to send each other bottles of wine as winemakers Robert Mondavi Winery and Chandon have signed on as partners.

For each transaction, a third-party service must verify that both buyer and seller are over 21 – and live in a state that allows over-the-Internet alcohol sales.

But after you jump through that hoop, the wine can flow. (Forbes)
